Movie Fun, ABC Style (100 Word Challenge)

I liked Lisa’s – http://lkramer14.wordpress.com/2011/10/10/naming-fun-abc-style-100-word-challenge/ – post so well, I thought I’d give it a try. I used movie quotes. This was much more difficult than it looks. See if you can finish the quotes and/or guess the movies:

  1. After all, tomorrow is …
  2. Bond. James Bond
  3. Carpe Diem.
  4. Do you have a vacancy?
  5. E.T. phone home.

  7. Go ahead, make my day.
  8. Hasta la vista, baby.
  9. I’m king of the world!
  10. … Just want to be perfect.
  11. Killed him? She executed him.
  12. Life was like a box of …
  13. May the force …
  14. Nobody puts baby …
  15. Of all the gin joints …
  16. Plastics.
  17. Quantas never crashed.
  18. Rosebud.
  19. Stupid is as stupid does.
  20. They’re here!
  21. Uh oh, fifteen minutes …
  22. Vanity is definitely …
  23. What we’ve got here …
  24. X: The only thing I like integrated …
  25. You had me at hello
  26. Zorro: We must work on your English.

  1. 1. …another day.
    2. Dr. No?
    4. Maybe… Psycho?
    5. E.T. (Great quote.)
    6. …I don’t give a damn.
    7. Dirty Harry
    8. The Terminator
    12. …chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.
    13. …be with you.
    16. Ooh. Mean Girls.
    18. Greatest movie of all-time.
    19. Forrest Gump again?

    Fun game!

  2. Dian Wijayanti says:

The only answer I got is no. 16. All I could think of is the movie Mean Girls. You do realize that some movies got similar dialogues, right? This is tough. Arrghh, I guess that confirms my status as a not movie goer. And other answers are those which you provide the link. Oh, and the last one, Zorro, righty-right?

  3. Oh- songs and movies- I’m stumped.

Books and Spelling? I’d be all over it. :)

  4. Oh man! I’m too late and the answers have already been revealed. Good idea though! I love movie quotes, so I’ll have to keep my eye out for the next challenge.

  1. […] through a day care facility. I first saw it on Lisa Kramer’s blog, then it popped up over on Michael Monaghan’s page. Lisa used names as the theme for her challenge, while Michael went a different route using movie […]
