I liked Lisa’s - http://lkramer14.wordpress.com/2011/10/10/naming-fun-abc-style-100-word-challenge/ - post so well, I thought I’d give it a try. I used movie quotes. This was much more difficult than it looks. See if you can finish the quotes and/or guess the movies:
- After all, tomorrow is …
- Bond. James Bond
- Carpe Diem.
- Do you have a vacancy?
- E.T. phone home.
- Frankly, my dear …
- Go ahead, make my day.
- Hasta la vista, baby.
- I’m king of the world!
- … Just want to be perfect.
- Killed him? She executed him.
- Life was like a box of …
- May the force …
- Nobody puts baby …
- Of all the gin joints …
- Plastics.
- Quantas never crashed.
- Rosebud.
- Stupid is as stupid does.
- They’re here!
- Uh oh, fifteen minutes …
- Vanity is definitely …
- What we’ve got here …
- X: The only thing I like integrated …
- You had me at hello
- Zorro: We must work on your English.

1. …another day.
2. Dr. No?
4. Maybe… Psycho?
5. E.T. (Great quote.)
6. …I don’t give a damn.
7. Dirty Harry
8. The Terminator
12. …chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.
13. …be with you.
16. Ooh. Mean Girls.
18. Greatest movie of all-time.
19. Forrest Gump again?
Fun game!
The only answer I got is no. 16. All I could think of is the movie Mean Girls. You do realize that some movies got similar dialogues, right? This is tough. Arrghh, I guess that confirms my status as a not movie goer. And other answers are those which you provide the link. Oh, and the last one, Zorro, righty-right?
Oh- songs and movies- I’m stumped.
Books and Spelling? I’d be all over it.
Oh man! I’m too late and the answers have already been revealed. Good idea though! I love movie quotes, so I’ll have to keep my eye out for the next challenge.
